In this role, I led a change management initiative to train 60 R&D candidates to become Statistical Advanced Users (AUs) in their respective categories and functions. This culture change for R&D led to the AUs becoming the first points of contact for statistical help. I developed a Statistics Vision Mission Strategy for R&D focusing on using state-of-the-art statistical methods, data visualization (animation, VR/AR) and upskilling the organization. I performed advanced statistical analysis on many business-critical projects.

In this role, I led the development of the Process Statistics Curriculum & Global Product Developer Learning Curriculum, as well as managed the development of seven statistical e-Learning modules. I utilized sequential DOE to help globally harmonize the Oreo formula & develop consumer defined specifications to drive Oreo quality and consistency. Provided statistical support for many business-critical projects.
