Responsibilities:• Perform and review the end of month expense accounts, processing various accrual and prepayment adjustment to ensure highest levels of accuracy within the expense accounts.• Calculate and adjust the Cost of Goods sold for the food and beverage and Amusement machine division. Reviewing the results at the end of month with the food and beverage and amusement division managers.• Perform a detailed analysis on repairs and maintenance account for end of month review with financial controller and CFO.• Completing various balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all intercompany balances reconcile at the end of month. Coordinate with team members to ensure all balance sheet reconciliation are completed prior to end of month• Maintain the capital register for the business and distribute fortnightly report for senior management.• Perform monthly BAS Statement in preparation of GST Return• Performing annual FBT return for the business.

Responsibility• Perform end of month accrual and prepayment adjustments• Process Doctor Disbursements for contracted Doctors based on their revenue takings.• Assist in analyzing and producing monthly P&L statement for all imaging centers• Daily Bank reconciliation and follow up with site manager and account receivable on the variances
