Coordinate both internal and external pricing elements to provide detailed pricing & specifications on a project basis back to sales team members.1. Perform manual take-off of project elements and price accordingly for material and labor costs2. Refer to base plan budgets for estimating cost differences3. Provide detailed pricing documents within an adequate time frame4. Maintain an appropriate cost margin5. Coordinate with design team, sales staff, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy in bidding6. Create and maintain a single database of pricing resources for consistency7. Develop formulas for commodity elements8. Work with sales manager to create and maintain pricing tools that can be used by sales team
