Developed project management tools for an Office of the National Coordinator designated Regional Extension Center to assist physician practices in implementing electronic health records.

As a Case Manager (2004 - 2005), assisted formerly homeless clients with mental illness in accessing community resources for the purposes of financial support, job training, meeting personal health care needs, learning life skills and finding transitional and permanent housing. Coached clients in life skills.
