My responsibility is to create an objective, unbiased, appraisal report on behalf of clients. The clients I served are primarily financial institutes and attorney's offices. Greater than 90% of my work is in commercial real estate appraisal with the balance in residential real estate (i.e. new construction and estates). I have valued over $30 million in real estate since October 2013.

Was responsible for base sustainment and life support. The scope of my responsibilities included management and oversight of contractors providing services for the base such as Dining Facility food service, solid waste and sewage removal, laundry services, building cleaning, grounds keeping, fuel management, fleet maintenance, and general supply services. Additionally I managed the Base Support Group (BSG) budget of approximately $16 million. My primary staff included six soldiers and two NATO contracted consultants. Secondary staff includes over 140 civilian hires. I oversaw the execution of 7 on going NATO contracts; 5 of which were re-competed in 2016. I developed Statement of Work and Performance Metrics for Government Contracts and developed new Statements of Work for competitive bids in 2016 to fulfill new base support requirements.

Responsible for projecting supply consumption and reporting stock on hand for military operations. Oversee service contracts that provide real life support to soldiers in deployed environments.
