C#, SQL, and CRM application development and support

I worked on multiple teams in a series of SQL Server, Windows and web application, Access, PHP development, and other projects on behalf of the State of New Mexico, Sandia National Laboratories, the State of Idaho, the State of New Hampshire, and the private sector.Using C# and T-SQL, I was part of several teams tasked with modernizing the database and applications used by Idaho's Department of Motor Vehicles. I developed new interfaces, developed automated testing software, verified data consistency from the original mainframe data to the new database, and maintained data on the new database. On behalf of the Department of Health’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening program, I was part of the internal team providing software enhancements for the CaST Add-on software and database capability for the provider reimbursement and case management systems. For this project, my role was to modify the MS Access 2007 Project database front-end accessing the SQL 2008 DB back-end. Using Microsoft’s SSRS software, I also generated all reports as specified by the project requirements.Using C#, and ASP.Net in the .NET Framework, I developed a series of enhancements to the State of New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) Operating Budget Management System, including a data uploader and financial data workflow system. I also used C#, to develop an interface to SHARE, the State of New Mexico’s highly modular accounting system for paying vendors for the Commission for the Blind. Utilizing Visual Basic, I have developed and delivered scalable software solutions to automate form creations and submissions. Using Microsoft Access, I designed, developed, and delivered a new application to track college courses taken by Albuquerque high school students.

Working in full life cycle Visual Basic development, I developed and enhancedFACTORYworks, a GUI-based manufacturing execution system tuned to the MicroelectronicsDevelopment Laboratory environment. I streamlined the operation of FACTORYworks fortwo manufacturing environments by developing new business rules and applications anddeveloped an application to enable the client computers to automatically update themselves to thecurrent customized version of FACTORYworks and randomize their connections to the servers tomaximize data traffic flow. I also created an application suite to collect parametric data andintegrated it into FACTORYworks. I provided FACTORYworks support, includingstarting new product lots and revising workflows (Process Plans), for more than 200 systems andusers running the software.

Working as a web developer, Mr. Lanam developed and enhanced web applications with HTML,ASP, and some JavaScript. He also developed “click-throughs” of web applications in thefirst stages of their development.

I was an application developer working in full life cycle Visual Basic development. Ideveloped new applications and workflow programs to guide a warehouse worker step by stepthrough a variety of warehouse functions. I also converted programs from OS/2 REXXto Visual Basic to migrate and update the suite from OS/2 to NT.
