I developed and taught the course material for the ITSA computer program and I developed a web based content management system for one of our clients. I also had to responsibility to oversee day to day operation of Computers for Schools a government funded computer recycling program.The ITSA (Information Technology Support Analyst) course is an Ontario government funded education program. This program is used to prepare and educate high school students interested in pursuing a career in IT. I was responsible for the development of the following courses: Introduction to Microcomputers, Microcomputer Applications, Network Essentials, Operating Systems, Troubleshooting and Documentation.The goal of the web content management system was to provide a school board with the means to build and maintain professional looking websites for all their schools without knowledge of html or scripting.
