During the upstream phase of a project, my mission is to define Engineering feedback to business opportunities.It incudes Technical feasabiltity, Homologation, performance and General lay-out feedback.With cost expert, my role is to give a first economical assesment of the projects.

RNTBCI is a Join-Venture of Renault Nissan based in India. Its mission is to develop car for the Indian market and to provide enginnering support to the global engineering network of our companiesAs General Manager of Architecture my objectives are:- To perform the developpment of car for Indian market ( Renault and Nissan )- To benchmark local competitors and provide costumer oriented soultions- To define the roadmap of our departement for the comming years ( Skill, Headcount , Synergies... )- To ensure skill ramp-up through a fast growing strategy ( +40% per year - 130 HC in june. 19' )- To define and follow the budget accordingly.

In the engineering department, my mission is to lead the technical development of the car (part and process design). I have to ensure that the product complies with design and performance requirements.I have performed this job during three projects : Zoe - Electric Car , New Koleos , and Scenic 4.- My mission starts from the very beginning of the design first draft and its product expectations. It ends in the car plant as I proved the capacity to implement the product as expected.- As a leader of all the different technical parts, I realize its synthesis and show the different solutions with their costs and performance impact.

Before starting the production of a car in a plant, my departement is in charge to make first off-tool car in order to validate all engineering standarts.During the manufacturing of the first prototypes, my mission is to staff and manage a team of about ten to fifteen persons specialized in: - Subcontracted parts conformity analysis - Analyzing quality and production problems.Meanwhile, changing the organisation of the team, I realized a reduction of 20% of the study time

I set up a production management tool that improved the economic performance of the cogeneration owned by the group ( +1% of the operational margin ).Tool validated by the technical committee and thereafter used within the company.
