Responsible for managing branch operations. Major responsibilities include budgeting maintenance funds, billing customers for damage and cartage, monitoring various reports and performance metrics, overseeing trailer fleet maintenance, training and managing employees, managing inventories, and managing facility maintenance.

Responsible for daily processing of extensive leased semi-trailer inventory including preparation of lease orders, check-out, check-in, inbound/outbound inspection, maintenance triage and scheduling, and lease close-out. Communicate at a professional level with a diverse range of customers to create rental agreements, schedule cartage and resolve issues daily. Other duties include collections, processing invoices, selecting/managing vendors, maintaining customer insurance paperwork, tracking missing trailers, sales calls, rebilling customers for damage, and taking weekly inventory of the trailer fleet.
