The Downtown Detroit Partnership is a group of business, philanthropic, and community leaders committed to supporting a vibrant, thriving, and welcoming urban center. The DDP develops and implements urban strategies and placemaking activities to enhance the Downtown neighborhood. Our goal is to create a clean, safe, and inviting Downtown Detroit. Our mission is to cultivate economic and social impact in Downtown Detroit by connecting public, private, and philanthropic sectors, providing stewardship of public spaces, and developing programs that engage and benefit all.We believe the power of any great city begins with a strong downtown. Larson Realty Group is a privately owned, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan-based company engaged in real estate investment, development, asset management, leasing and consulting. The group combines the broad experience of its principals, Eric B. Larson and Robert C. Larson, with a network of experienced real estate professionals specializing in construction, engineering, property management, leasing and finance. CISF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to a mission of “promoting economic development and facilitating investment of capital to support community revitalization, the nonprofit sector and in underserved markets.” CISF helps to increase access to the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program, which offers millions of dollars in economic development capital for investments in low-income communities. The federal tax credit afforded by the program attracts equity to bridge financing gaps that often prevent community revitalization and economic redevelopment efforts in urban areas, from succeeding. Through its utilization of the NMTC program, CISF serves nonprofits, for-profits and other entities in ways not possible through conventional financing. The foundation community is a key partner with CISF to help the organization facilitate these investments.

Leads all current and future real estate development projects. Oversees Olympia Building Corporation (OBC) and the property management of the Fox Office Center complex, including the Fox Theatre, as well other Ilitch owned and operated properties. Manages the overall real estate portfolio for the Ilitch organization, and he will interact with many of the staffs and business units as it relates to various projects and overall coordination of activities in the Foxtown neighborhood.
