I was promoted to assume control and optimize the performance of all branch teams across the Southeast region encompassing Florida, Georgia, and the Carolina. I was the operational lead for the Florida region, overseeing a skilled team of direct reports that included regional managers, sales leaders, HR personnel, equipment managers, and training managers. Key Contributions: Succeeded in driving an increase of 45% in overall revenues, which jumped from $35M annually to over $51M. Drove the sales team to significantly boost their new sales closing rates from 18% to 23%. Spearheaded an aggressive expansion into lucrative new Florida markets in areas such as Naples, Fort Myers, Ocala, The Villages, and the Florida Keys. Instrumental in implementing the company sponsored programs for attaining The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX), PGR, and Account Manager certifications.
