French and European Patent Attorney with an education in Material Science, Physics and Industrial Chemistry, I am part of Beau de Loménie, a leading pan-European IP firm: https://www.bdl-ip.com/en/.I have over 14 years of experience in IP and help clients in patent matters.I am involved in drafting patent applications and securing patent rights in front of domestic and foreign patent offices. I also have a strong experience in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and actively appear in a plurality of oral hearings every year. I am very interested in the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and recently graduated from the University diploma "Patent Litigation in Europe" of CEIPI, University of Strasbourg, France, to improve my knowledge on this topic.I am involved in mentoring patent engineers and less experienced patent attorneys as well as in transversal training in the firm, I believe that sharing of knowledge and exchanging views is essential to deliver competitive and high-value advices and build team-oriented efficient organizations.
