• Team Head of HR Advisory Team consisting of 4 reports;• Provide the comprehensive HR and Mobility advisory to multinational clients;• Provide the current regulations and practices on Labor Code of Vietnam;• Prepare and review Labor contract, Internal Labor Regulations (ILR), Employee Handbook and other HR policies to ensure the compliance with prevailing regulations;• Prepare the dossier and register the Internal Labor Regulations with Labor department; • Advise and support Expatriates on acquiring Business Visa, Work Permit and Temporary Residence Card;• Advise and ensure the administration process of employee retrenchment.

• Lead the Operations team consisting of 7 direct reports;• Handle the internal recruitment process for Contact Center Sales department;• Manage the operations of the whole Contact Center Sales department, approximately 40 Telesales agents; • Constitute the internal end-to-end work-flows, procedures aligned with HSBC’s Global Standards, policies and guidance for internal adherence;• Regularly conduct training/coaching in terms of sales and service quality, processes and procedures to ensure that the whole team beware and mitigate risks related to frauds, money laundering, financial crimes, terrorist financing and HSBC's reputation;• Conduct checking on weekly/monthly basis to ensure the whole team comply with HSBC’s policies and procedures;• Analyse and assess the operational risks for Contact Center department, then prepare and review the Risk and Control Assessment on quarterly/annually basis;• Play a role as the Ambassador to participate in the Bank’s trainings and projects in regards of Global Standards, policies, processes and then re-enforce the messages to the whole team;• On behalf of Contact Center Sales channel participating in Change Delivery projects in order to streamline/simplify HSBC internal processes and procedures; • Support Contact Center in-house Telesales channel and Third Party Sales Agency channel to achieve the both financial and non-financial expectations in alignment with HSBC Group’s strategies; • Take lead in co-operating with strategic business partners to purchase more leads to optimize the sales opportunities for Telesales teams;• Lead the project team in Bank-wide projects to deliver the best service to HSBC’s customers and take opportunities to get more referrals for Telesales teams;• Create and maintain the sufficient channel MI reports to closely manage the channel’s performance for KPIs fulfillment and enhancement; • Prepare proper channel MI reports for HSBC Vietnam and HSBC region on monthly basis.
