Reporting to and in partnership with the General Management, source potential partners, evaluate opportunities, negotiate contracts, oversee the launch new programs, and manage existing partner relationships:- Define and manage partnership framework and approach - Develop the partner strategy by collaborating with all relevant functions within company - Manage all aspects of partnerships including the contractual relationship, sales and services agreements, measures of success, reporting, etc. - Position partners for success with internal stakeholders - Industry, channel, market and competitive research and analysis to identify strategic partnership opportunities - Business plans with each strategic partner including sales, marketing and technical integration opportunities.

Responsible for providing direction to and overall management of procurement activities at an enterprise level.- Broadening functional focus from sourcing activities to complete, cost-effective end-to-end supply chain management and value realization - Leveraging activity size and spend to extract as much value as possible through strong market and spend analysis, superior negotiating skills, active supplier management and accountability, and monitoring internal spend compliance. - Deploying Initiatives across the Enterprise through effective communication of new agreements and the value associated with those agreements - Selecting and developing people resources within the function to build a world-class level of capability and performance - Responsible for accelerating the rate of change across the enterprise to drive economic and purchasing efficiencies - Developp expertise and skills for Procurement function acrooss the company
