From submittals to procurement and payments, all aspects of the project are lead and managed by the Project Manager. With the construction bidding process becoming more competitive, I have stretched responsibilities into estimating. Creating detailed price breakdowns with technical construction information and take offs for materials necessary for project bids, I have continued to exercise my knowledge in this industry by providing a scope of work, with pricing, for various types of government, county or private projects when receiving an ITB, RFP or RFQ.
