Responsible for the logistical setup of the on site facilities for the 2011 U.S. Open at Congressional Country Club including all tents, office trailers, generators, and HVAC. Work with vendors to provide operational equipment for the Championship including golf carts, fence, bottled water, heavy machinery, and waste receptacles.· Worked with budget to ensure proper cost projections for 2011 Championship.Budget based on past years while ensuring limited waste and unnecessary expenses.· Worked with Congressional’s Director of Greens and Grounds and Co-Chairman toensure on course areas are properly prepared for our facilities and all changes arerelayed to Board of Directors.· Provide oversight of Operations Coordinator and Operations Liaison while theycreate schedules and lists of Championship equipment.· Constructed RFP’s for multiple contracts including dumpsters, ecology, golf carts,restrooms, office trailers, Cable TV service and distribution, radios and signage.· Worked with legal to complete contracts for all these vendors.· Contacted local vendors to get estimates on necessary work.· Met with Montgomery County authorities including Fire Marshal, BuildingDepartment, and Water and Sewer Departments to ensure they are aware of ourproject and needs for the Championship.· Created lists for Operational needs including trailers, copiers and faxes, golf carts,flooring and tents.

Bethpage State Park, Farmingdale, Ny

· Developed relationships with Golf Course Superintendent and Park Director toensure they were updated on the construction status and tear down status.· Worked with local and national vendors to execute the 2009 Championship· Oversaw installation and removal of temporary compounds and roads.· Led staff of 16 interns to ensure proper setup of the Championship.· Worked with NY State Parks on building permits and variances from existing FireCode to meet our needs while ensuring safety of all Championship Spectators.· Planned out facility areas for over 300,000 square feet of flooring and 250,000square feet of tent structures throughout the facility.· Worked with Superintendent and Park Director to establish plan for removal ofequipment and rock material and determine restoration schedule after theChampionship.

Oakmont Country Club

· Oversaw installation and removal of temporary roads for access to vendorcompounds and construction areas consisting of approximately 13,000 cubic yards ofmaterial.· Worked with local plumber on installation of a very difficult potable water system toprovide running water to all restroom trailers.
