Current-Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals for building automation controls operations.Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term objectives and key performance indicators.-Branch Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, and the Maritimes.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within each branch.-Operational Oversight:Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established processes.Implement standardized operational procedures across branches for consistency and quality control.-Project Portfolio Management:Manage all client portfolios, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.Monitor budgets and client satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.-Client Relationship Management:Act as a key point of contact for major clients and projects, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for expansion and client engagement.-Quality Assurance:Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality building automation systems.Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance with industry standards and specifications.-Budget Oversight:Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for building automation projects.Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement cost-saving measures.-Collaboration and Communication:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between branches, ensuring a seamless flow of information and knowledge-sharing.Conduct regular meetings with branch managers to review project status, challenges, and opportunities.-Development:Identify talent within each branch and support career development initiatives.
