We are responsible for taking care of our enterprise customers and deepening Cisco business within our territory. I’m responsible for our go-to-market and channel strategies and expanding the Cisco reach in our region. For me, success in this role is about people. Seeing our customers succeed, of course, but also seeing my team members succeed. I try to simplify migration within my team, so people can learn from each other and move into different roles. Sometimes that’s a vertical move up the ladder, but often it can be a horizontal move to learn valuable skills. I love to win, and I work hard — but I also believe in playing hard and enjoying life. My team is the reason I’m here, and I do everything I can to make sure they feel they are part of something bigger than just the job they do.
