As the Director of Operations at Greenberg, Grant & Richards (GGR), I oversee the daily operations of one of the largest and most experienced commercial collection agency in the nation, with over 27 years of experience in the field. I manage a team of over 100 employees, including collectors, private investigators, legal assistants, administrative, IT, and accounting staff to ensure profitable outcomes and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. I also coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners to deliver industry leading service and results. Some of my core competencies include legal oversight, communication, contract and document review, negotiation, problem-solving, modernization, and leadership. I have a degree from Brandeis University and a strong background in commercial as well as legal collections. I am passionate about providing ethical and effective solutions for our clients, and creating a positive, financially rewarding, and collaborative work environment for our staff to ensure retention of top industry talent.
