Led weekly GE vendor meeting with Italy, Houston, and Maryland to track all issues to closure. • Led troubleshooting discussions between GE and Kiewit to come up with most cost-effective and safest solutions to fabrication and design issues• Tracked and expedited all quality and completion paperwork for all rotating equipment and major vendor equipment for the Power Block• Indoctrinated every new vendor employee to come onsite to ensure all safety and quality processes were followed and committed to. We built the safety culture from day one, and vendors and subcontractors were a major challenge to our program to ensure everybody worked safe, planned their work, and communicated with one another
