In a short-term, part-time contracted position, I developed and implemented a customer success model for a training and communication software. My responsibilities included evaluating the existing training curriculum, and creating a vision for employee and user education programs tailored specifically for this software.In addition to developing the vision, I executed webinar training demonstrations for potential customers. Through my efforts, I successfully equipped employees and users with the necessary knowledge to maximize their use of the software, ultimately leading to increased customer success and satisfaction.
