Joined the real estate platform of Stockholm-based EQT Partners in 2019 when the group had €1 billion of equity AUM and 26 employees as the firm’s first-ever real estate product specialist and head of real estate capital raising and business development.Collaborated with global colleagues to raise the firm's second pan-European fund, residential / living focused EQT Real Estate Fund II, which secured over €1 billion of equity commitments from global institutional investors and over €350 million of co-investment capital.In 2021, facilitated EQT’s $1.8 billion merger with US logistics specialist Exeter Property Group based on 25+ year professional and personal relationship with Ward Fitzgerald, Exeter's founder/ CEO, which led to the formation of EQT Exeter. Raised over $8 billion of capital for clients such as Mountgrange Investment Management (now known as Clearbell Capital), Orion Capital Managers, Frogmore Real Estate Partners, ECE Real Estate Partners, Resolution Property Company, Neinver Group, Arminius, The Laramar Group and Jensen Russian Real Estate Group.While working with real estate investment managers, responsible for the day to day execution of global capital raising campaigns which included structuring of appropriate vehicles with relevant legal and tax advisors, market positioning, sponsor preparation as well as collaboration with institutional investors in order to secure capital commitments following the successful negotiation of relevant legal documentation.
