Department of Engineering and Property Management, Storm Water Services Division, Design Maintenance Section• Independently managed ten infrastructure improvement projects, with cost estimates valued up to $120,000, to address 311 service requests to address drainage issues on private property and within the public right-of-way.• Consulted with property owners during design development and easement negotiations, and collaborated with real estate agents, utility coordinators, field investigators, contractors, and surveyors throughout project delivery.• Issued design proposals to address property owner concerns, estimated construction costs, coordinated utility relocation, analyzed existing conditions, and produced construction plans and design reports.• Analyzed the feasibility of infrastructure improvements under existing constraints, in accordance with local development standards, specifications, and design manuals.

This site is located adjacent to Bank of America Stadium.• Harding Place Multi-Family (including Armada Hoffler, BB+M, CitiSculpt, and VP Engineering). This development consists of 225 units within an eight floor high-rise building, with 350 structured parking spaces located in Midtown Charlotte.
