Eric Lemons concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation with an emphasis on electronic discovery. With his background in computer science and nearly 20 years of experience in the management of electronic discovery matters, Eric is able to anticipate and avoid electronic discovery pitfalls providing clients with an accurate and efficient review of their electronic evidence. Eric is experienced in assisting government entities and large corporations in the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronic evidence in state, federal, and multi-national litigation. He has implemented and managed numerous document review projects utilizing a variety of document review platforms. Eric currently participates in the management of multiple Relativity workspaces for corporate and legal clients. He is experienced in projects ranging in size from a handful of documents to hundreds of millions of pages of documents. He has also trained and managed teams of over 200 document review attorneys for these projects both locally and remotely. Eric has been involved in productions ranging from just a few documents to production sets approaching 100 million pages. Beyond electronic discovery review and productions, Eric has conducted thousands of detailed searches through databases exceeding 300 million pages for the collection, analysis, review, and coding of issue specific and technical documents requested by experts and trial attorneys for litigation support. His litigation support experience also includes the review, drafting of deficiency notices for, and data mining of plaintiff fact sheets and supplemental documents. as well as the drafting and production of defendant fact sheets.
