• Educate customers regarding FCC, Industry Canada, EN and IEC Standards for CE Marking, CB Scheme, MIL-STD, DO-160 and product Certification (Listing).• Help customers develop test plans to get there products to market• Defines sales strategies by applying knowledge based on customer market• Responsible for retention and growth of the existing client base through individual efforts and efforts of the account management team to deliver profitable quality service• Support an assigned base of clients through sales and follow-up activities.• Answer initial inquiries from customers• Cultivate relationships with customers• Coordinate project kick off meetings with customers• Communicate project status to clients.• Track projects through all phases so customers receive on-time deliverables• Monitor customer accounts to determine potential sales opportunities and predict future testing needs
