Managed AFSOC's $4M budget for ATCALS and wireless communications operations and maintenance. Provided analysis, guidance and expertise to resolve technical issues at all levels to include personnel/manning, training, system installation, troubleshooting/maintenance and sustainment. Managed $600K annual ATCALS budget. Implemented Air Force, United States Air Forces in Europe and squadron policies while working closely with Unit Deployment Manager (UDM) to ensure all division personnel and equipment met mobility requirements and were ready to deploy at a moment's notice. Deployed as forward operating base site superintendent on numerous occasions to provide intra/intertheater communications in direct support of missions throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Leadership integral to the success of over 20 flawless deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom totaling more than 3,000 man-days and contributing to more than 6,500 wartime sorties.

Duties consisted of submitting requests for IT system upgrades, processing systems for turn in and ensuring that system capabilities met user requirements.
