As a producer for a production company specializing in immersive touring exhibitions, I was tasked with overseeing projects from development to launch. I prepared and managed project master plans, documentation, deliverables, finances, resource allocations, and status. I helped the COO and accounting create budgeting and forecasting, expense reporting, risk management, status reporting, and execution. I also developed marketing strategies and architecture for clients in alignment with business plans. Collaborated with participants to determine project timelines / deliverables . -Identified titles and negotiated acquisition of major Film/TV/Music intellectual property for adaptation into Immersive Exhibits and Video Games (Mattel, Smurfs, Men in Black III, Michael Jackson, Total Recall, Frida Kahlo)-Extensively researched across entertainment & media landscape for potential acquisitions -Brainstormed and drafted creative concept documents and proposals for newly licensed IP titles -Oversaw successful implementation of media and creative plans -Developed, co-wrote scripts for video games (Universal Monsters: Van Helsing's Revenge, Asterix & Friends)

As the personal assistant to CEO of prolific film/TV Production Company (Chronicle, Predator, Joy, The Firm, The Black List), was responsible for providing extensive script coverage and notes, maintaining extensive database of projects for development/production, coordinating the CEO’s schedule and affairs at both Fox Studios and Brentwood-based offices, and oversight of key administrative duties. • Managed staff internship program – helped interview and select 2-3 interns from a pool of 50 candidates on quarterly basis, trained interns to productively contribute to company in cost-efficient manner, and oversaw daily tasks & responsibilities.

Producer for the documentary Breaking the Silence: Torture Survivors Speak Out. Responsible for leading 6 person crew over the course of pre-production and a 7-day shoot on location in Washington, D.C. (interviews, protest coverage, Congressional briefings). During post production, gave notes on cuts of the film, organized test screenings & led feedback discussions.• Coordinated operations with DC Film Office, Metro Head Office, National Parks Office, and Catholic University to obtain location agreements and shooting permits. • Breaking the Silence was included in the Amnesty International Touring Film Festival, screened in over 41 countries, and screened twice before Congress.
