Completed a two week virtual internship with Atkins, learning about the key skills of a consultant and more about the diverse fields Atkins operates in. I also undertook a group project challenge to redesign an airport for increased passenger numbers, COVID-19 safety measures, and future sustainability, culminating in a presentation in front of a panel of Atkins judges.

Ltd, the main contractor for the replacement of Automated People Mover (Project T16W016) and providing trains for the new APM line for the new Terminal 3 and third runway due to be finished in 2023 (Project 3602) at Hong Kong International Airport.• Managed corporate communication between project engineers, AAHK and sub-contractors• Developed a system which highlighted documents requiring rectification and resubmission to AAHK• Implemented an anti-flooding method for train cars which was implemented during technical testing• Collaborate with project engineers to co-ordinate Site Acceptance Tests and Commissioning Runs• Conducted tests on systems and sub-systems ensuring that relevant design goals were achieved as well as functional and performance requirements set by AAHK had been satisfied• Wrote and edited safety documents including Detailed Hazard Analysis and Deterministic Safety Analysis to ensure safety of workers and passengers• Led a team of sub-contractors to conduct reconstruction of the taxiway after train car replacement
