During my time with Client Services as a Service Quality Analyst, I touched all aspects of services Unilever provides to ensure meeting contractual SLA's, process improvements, Customer Satisfaction reviews, while delivering quality services. Worked with our third party (Unisys) and vendors (Dell & Lenovo) to implement stock and order management procedures.- Reviewed third party reporting compliance with pre-defined metrics as part of our Service Performance Management by actively participating in weekly and monthly performance meetings reviewing Service level and Customer Satisfaction performance.- Led several service restoration and improvement plans across multiple work streams within Unilever with our third party providers (Dell, Unisys, HP). Ensured proper prioritization and ownership of key issues.- Managed multiple Purchase Requisitions with several providers to ensure sound financial process. Forecasted hardware demand and associated costs, as well as verify third party invoices for proper billing.* Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified* ITIL Essentials Certified and Support & Restore (Practitioner) trained.
