Scrum Master responsible for facilitating and leading teams on SAFe Agile Methodologies

Serving as a Delivery Lead responsibilities include the delivery and execution of complex, large scale high cost, high complexity and/or high risk client enterprise transformation programs by leading implementation teams on meeting project milestones, delivering with high quality and within agreed to budgets. This includes gathering the required data through direct observation and/or inquiry as well as analyzing, identifying and problem solving from the information sets and drawing conclusions and presenting recommendations to the team. Other activities include establishing functional roles and responsibilities, developing process flows and userguides along with designing and owning deliverable artifacts to deliver client value and meet contractual obligations

Worked closely with executive management in implementing the Agile SAFe methodology as well as serving as Domain Coach and Scrum Master. During this time was instrumental in the efforts of standing up several scrum teams and disseminating the Agile methodology within the Corporate Services domain. Other responsibilities included managing and delivering several strategic initiatives for core financial applications on time and within approved budget. This included collaborating with several upstream and downstream systems to establish the business requirements, mentoring and leading a team of Business Analysts as well as assisting in the designs of the technical solution for those modifications

Part of a team of experienced consultants deployed to work closely with clients on turning around projects in a critical state by troubleshooting and implementing remediation plans. This included forging long term relationships with clients in the discovery and definition of both business and technical requirements, as well as leading and assisting teams of less experienced business analysts in the integration of data from multiple domains and systems to relational databases and business intelligence applications for both the finance and insurance industries.
