Professional musician and music teacher ( 30+ years in primary, secondary and FE), 9 years as member of the Musicians Union Education Committee (2011 til present, 2 years as chair), inventor.Currently director of two companies, most recently a newly created teaching resource for music (Addanote - pat pending) using techniques taken from concepts of "errorless learning" to deliver skill based learning more efficiently.Other interests are running, triathlon, linguistics, and chess.
