  The company was established in Hong Kong employing 3 staff in 1996.It was the agent of Samsung Display for selling LCD display to mobile device, Epivalley and 3E for LED epi-wafer and chip.As of Feb 2012, the company employs over 60 staff and has operations in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Zhongshan, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei & Seoul.The sales revenue was around USD100M per year.My key role was managing sales function. I led the sales team to conduct businesses with major manufacturers of the field all over China. While some of the products were custom made, my role also involved heavily in working between the clients and the supplier to produce the best products for clients. I mapped out sales strategies for the China market, formulated plan for acquiring new customers and adopting different methods to retain customer.
