Before joining Walsh, Eric spent 3 months in America and 2 years in the Middle East, gaining interesting overseas experience including working on high profile projects such as airport terminals and honing his design skills in steelwork. Eric is now able to apply his depth of knowledge on a range of large and complex projects at Walsh. As an Associate, Eric is responsible for the day-to-day running of projects and is well practised at liaising with clients, architects, construction teams and any other teams involved. He is also involved in writing BIM execution plans and acts as one of the delegate engineers in the Walsh Group Professional Development Scheme.Eric is an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual. His professional and hard working nature help him achieve solutions to challenges in a straightforward and well thought out manner. Eric is also very hands on and opts for face-to-face meetings and discussions, as a more approachable way to develop plans and resolve issues.
