1. Responsible for coordinating and following up the smooth introduction of new Italian products, mainly including transparent PA12 and PC solar lens of injection products;2. Responsible for overall feedback to promote the improvement of products, structures, molds and materials, and coordinate with the other department to collect data and complete analysis and follow-up plan formulation;3. Responsible for formulating and improving the technical standards for mold acceptance, and formulating scientific mold testing process; guide, supervise and evaluate suppliers to reasonably complete mold design and manufacturing according to specifications and delivery dates.4. Review and feedback DFM documents of injection mold to ensure the feasibility of mold design.5. Responsible for overall planning of continuous improvement of injection molding process and comprehensive analysis and improvement of human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement.6.Responsible for the decoration and layout planning of the ten thousand level injection molding workshop. Three vertical and horizontal combined injection molding machines are arranged in the limited space. At the same time, the dust-free workshop is equipped with intelligent automatic crane and product automatic air assembly line to connect the inside and outside of the dust-free workshop.7. Responsible for supplier quality management. New supplier qualification review, and evaluate the feasibility of supplier technical proposal. Communicate and confirm the product plan with the supplier, provide technical and coordination guidance support to the supplier, manage the supplier's deliverables, and evaluate the rationality of the supplier's quotation.

I am mainly responsible for communicating with foreign customers to understand the design concept of the guests, converting the needs and ideas of the guests into product design, and proposing DFM to communicate with the guests about the mold opening plan, problems, risks and improvement plans, so as to ensure the smooth introduction of new products1. Be responsible for coordinating and connecting with customers' needs, communicating with customers and providing technical solutions to promote new concepts to new product formation; evaluate the technological methods used by customers to put forward concepts, such as 3D printing, CNC, vacuum coating, die casting, injection molding, spraying, silk screen printing, radium carving, assembly and other technological methods.2. Coordinate the introduction of new injection products, propose DFM in the R & D stage and review with each unit;3. Give suggestions for improvement of customer feedback from structure, injection molding, materials, secondary and other aspects.4. Coordinate the start-up of new molds to mass production, communicate and coordinate with customers, customer service, quotation, production, procurement, mold house, logistics and other units, and promote the project progress.5. Follow up the mold test, improve the acceptance of the mold, output the product inspection standard and other documents, confirm the mold status and then deliver to production.6. Be responsible for reviewing the technical ability of suppliers, evaluating the feasibility of the technical scheme put forward by suppliers, reasonably analyzing the working hours and quotations, and providing technical guidance to suppliers on difficult problems. Manage supplier deliverables and act as a bridge between suppliers and customers.
