Participation in the development of the corporate annual operating and three-year strategic business plans with the Executive team with a responsibility focused on achievement of revenue goals and expense budget.• Responsible and accountable for overall company sales, marketing strategies and programs, including pricing, distribution, advertising and sales promotion policies.• Accountability for sales forecasting in order to help plan and facilitate the direction of company products and revenue expectations.• Management of a strong and cohesive 11 member sales team with a focus on alignment with Company’s strategic plan.• Providing leadership to the sales team including coaching so that each member understands the complex sales and strategic selling process to secure new accounts• Representation of the organization in external business relationships with key customers and OEM partners so that the organization’s image is reflected in the most positive manner and where such contacts are critical to the achievement of Sales objectives.

Building and managing a team of 4 regional sales managers• Develop and implement sales strategy plans• Forecasting and developing annual sales quotas• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand• Monitoring and reporting results through CRM system
