App): obtained affirmance of a jury verdict after a six-week trial in an inertial-unlatching quadriplegia case.• Fantauzzo V. Razor USA, LLC: Lead counsel for defendant in consumer class action alleging defect in motorized electric scooters. Defeated emergency TRO; case settled on favorable terms.• Cable & Computer Tech. v. Lockheed (9th Cir.): Obtained $64.5M jury verdict against defense contractor for breach of a teaming agreement and intentional interference with economic advantage.• Ameritec v. Ameritech: Represented Ameritech in breach of contract and unfair competition case arising from selection of new corporate logo. After bench trial in Central District of California, achieved complete defense verdict, including substantial attorneys’ fee award.• TV Azteca V.
