Responsible for hiring, management and supervision of a sales and recruiting organization consisting of up to 3 Account Managers, 4 Resource Managers, and an administrative staff of 2.Provided business strategic planning, marketing, sales management, business development and direct sales support for both IT professional services and project and consulting service offerings.Directed a consulting staff of up to 50 IT professionals, including delivery and management staff in a variety of technology of disciplines, including Network Infrastructure and Security, Legacy Transformation, e-Business Applications, Content and Navigation, and Quality Assurance.

Full P&L responsibility for the State of Florida for a national IT consulting company (now part of Spherion) providing Full Project Life Cycle and Supplemental Staffing services. Managed a staff of 42 people, including 2 administrative, 2 sales, 3 recruiting and 35 IT consultants in Miami, Tampa and Orlando. Started up, organized and hired the sales and recruiting teams. Provided direct sales and account management support to target accounts.
