QEHS Activities:- Responsible for QEHS Activities assigned.- Conduct surveillance on the implementation and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System throughout the organization.- Analyze and report the suppliers’ and customers’ complaints and feedbacks.- Analyze and report the product Non-Conformances and warranty claims. - Where necessary conduct the failure analysis on the identified product non-conformities and provide guidance on the Corrective and Preventive Actions. - Report, analyse, monitor and control the Cost of Quality of the contracts. - Analyse and report the process Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from QEHS perspective.- Plan and execute the internal audits to identify and evaluate the level of system conformance to the pre-arrangement.- Follow up on the audit findings, both internal and external, and ensure the effective closure.

Responsibilities:•Full Quality control & project progress monitor of steelwork (Offshore-Cranes) in Korea from Dec’08 until July’10.•Suporting Quality control & project progress monitor of steelwork (Offshore-Cranes) in China - Nantong from Feb’11 to June’11.•Quality control & project progress monitor in fabrication steelwork/casting at S'pore & M'sia for Deck Machinery Equipments.•Conduct surveillance on its implementation & effectiveness of Inspection & Test Plan (Kick-Off Meeting, Material Verification, Fit-Up Inspection, Welding Inspection, Visual Inspection, Machining and Dimensional Inspection, Blasting and Painting Inspection & Factory Acceptance Testing Inspection).•Familiar with Shipping Class Societies’ Rules & Regulation on winch & crane fabrication. •Compile the Certificates, Inspection Reports & the MRB, final document dossier.•certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Course by TWI Certification Ltd.•Certified Coating Inspector Level I/II under SETSCO Scheme. •Attended Introduction to Non-Destructive Test (NDT) of Material by Petrospec NDT Inspector.•Internal Quality Auditor (ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System) Training provider by Singapore Quality Institute.

Responsibilities:•Production layouts & work flows.•Hours calculations for equipment and follow up procedures.•Follow up design with regard to manufacturing documents, drawings and other documentation.•Checked the assembly & machining drawings including bill of materials and detail drawings for the equipment. •Review of drawings with regard to formal design and possibilities for more efficient production.•Assist in the maintenance & documentation of ISO Quality Management System (QMS).•Support HOD on special / assign task.
