    - Develop and maintain detailed Excel files (Equipment List) containing IT items to be purchased and installed for multiple projects- Create purchase requests using an internal application to support project design requirements- Maintain a log of purchases and track each order to delivery, to a designated storage location or active project site- Coordinate and follow up with vendors for equipment delivery and/or move status- Build working relationship with assigned Project Manager to become familiar with each project and learn specific details as it develops, from the Plan & Organize to Close phases of a project- Schedule, attend and take notes for multiple meetings to help solidify the design of a project- Maintain multiple Sharepoint sites that contain critical artifacts and documents related to the respective project- Travel to project sites in the Puget Sound area as needed- Develop and maintain a port map to indicate where all devices need a network connection and share with the project's respective Network Engineer for configuration work- Support Team Manager by scheduling meetings and completing various administrative tasks- Maintain a library of IT equipment used on all projects over the last 5 years- Follow up with various project team members to ensure the latest and greatest IT equipment can be referenced in our library for project work- Schedule and interview potential new team members and maintain a log of status for each candidate- Help train new team members and make myself available for questions- Create and assign new project entries within PPM Pro for our team's Project Managers to work from- Help create new processes to improve the quality of various project tasks and workstreams- Ask questions when a task or request does not contain the required information to complete, so that I ensure I am going the right path within a hospital environment
