- Work closely with portfolio managers to ensure professional product coverage and fund analysis,- Streamline global marketing materials including presentations, pitch books, sales literature, performance charts and any ad-hoc client reports,- Assist/represent portfolio management in meetings such as conference calls, round tables, roadshows, Global Consultant on-site due diligence (Mercer, eVestment, Camradata, Russell),- Ensure accuracy, persuasiveness and quality of marketing documentation and RFP responses.

- Product development: conception and repositioning of open-ended funds under French or Luxembourg law (equity, fixed income, money market and French saving scheme), with a client oriented mindset,- Project management: ensure all projects are managed timely and effectively. Leading overall process for launch of new products or product range repositioning: conception, product design, investment guidelines, risk management, compliance and legal, financial and operational aspects,- Coordinate projects related to the UCITS IV directive (cross-border merger, master-feederization),- Ensure steady production of marketing materials and legal documents,- Liaise with Global Consultant (Mercer, eVestment, Camradata, Russell): implementation of investment strategies on Consultant database, preparation of Request for Proposals, Due Diligence Questionnaires, marketing documents and assistance on Consultants’ on-site due diligence.

- Conduct research on specific themes, products or expertises (Socially Responsible Investment products, French saving schemes products, reports on investment solutions and innovation on French asset management market),- Conception of dashboards: internal mutual funds performance analysis and monitoring, construction of peer groups,- Production of regular reports / articles on competitors activities and products, - Relationship with database providers (Lipper, Bloomberg, Morningstar).

- Definition of the marketing and sales strategy (French market analysis, competition analysis, client profiling, financial performance analysis, performance comparison on Mutual Funds…),- Structured Products conception in response to retail banking client needs: close work with the management team, legal and sales teams,- Conception of marketing documents : commercial brochures and validation of legal documents.
