1 Mapping, refining and/or defining processes, policies, systems, and requirements for each operational area such as Finance & Administration, Human Resources & Information Technology, Purchasing & Warehouse, Packing & Logistics, Production & Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Servicing and Project Management to establish a standardized operational backbone that will ensure effective, secure and consistent operations in the company works. 2 Initiate plan, processes and drive production activities to meet target and company objectives. 3 Ensures that the integrity, reliability, availability of production, utility equipment and other support systems are optimized, so that production delivery targets are achieved. 4 Provide supports to Project Teams and Operations Team in order to ensure that all operational issues impacting production delivery are addressed. 5 Liaise with Project and Technical Teams to provide operational input in order to ensure that any project is fit for purpose and reflects operational best practice, which minimize manufacturing costs through equipment, facilities and materials. 6 Lead the production team as to ensure efficient, identify and progress opportunities to improve cost saving and production efficiencies meet productions schedules. 7 Analyses performance and transaction data to identify and lead the team to implement material flow and storage optimization projects. 8 Responsible for the management of the operations and control of operation of the organization as well as production level are maintained, product quality are assured, health safety and environment standards are met.

1. Responsible for the overall direction, planning and operations of Process Engineering Department to provide the overall processes designs and suggest measures for improvement of manufacturing, thereby increasing productivity and improving manufacturing costs. 2. To plan, monitor and finalize Sourcing Strategies for technology spend across the organization. This includes acquiring resources within budget and facilitating communication between the enterprise and providers in order to deliver products and services according to plan. (Only for Non-Timber Materials) 3. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of production operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies in accordance to customer build specification and quality requirements. 4. Managing the Inventory function of Non-Timber Warehouse Department to ensure raw material and product is receipted, located, stored and transferred correctly and that the company’s stock inventory is accurate. 5. Ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards. 6. Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all company facilities, equipment and grounds in order to achieve a safe and highly efficient production environment.
