Eric graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Construction Engineering from the Civil Engineering Department with an emphasis in BIM design and utilization. He held two summer internships while in school: Old Dominion Classic Homes (2011) and Hensel Phelps Construction Company (2012). After graduating, he started working full time for Hensel Phelps at Intel's Ocotillo, Arizona campus as a Field/BIM Engineer. He has since worked as a member of the HPCC consulting team to DPS Engineering at Intel's Leixlip, Ireland campus; an estimator for the Intel Israel contract; lead BIM Designer for the HP contribution to the Longview Energy Exchange Hydrostorage Power Plant; and was a BIM Engineer for the Kiewit-Phelps joint venture at the US StratCom Replacement Facility at Offutt AFB, Omaha Nebraska.He is currently working as a VDC Engineer in the DC area for Clark Construction.
