在公司智慧互联网医疗产品小组中，作为二号位，兼顾商务、售前、解决方案和产品经理，探索人工智能医疗技术在互联网医疗领域的落地应用，项目经历包括：1）与上海儿童医学中心合作，主导开拓诊前检验产品线；2）主导完成上海儿中心智慧医院项目，项目内容登陆央视新闻、新华社、中央政府网等。3）主导推动上海东部儿联体智慧赋能项目，登陆2019世界人工智能大会。4）在2020上海申康预问诊项目中，主导完成6家市级医院预问诊、导诊项目，涉及瑞金医院、瑞金北院、上海儿童医院、上海同济、上海岳阳和上海儿中心。5）主导横向整合智能随访系统。6）主导开启智能就医助手产品项目。

Responsible for marketing and sales of GE ECG Management System Solution in East China, including Competitive analyzation, pricing management, solution design, channel management, sales team training, new product go-to-market strategy, event marketing, big-deal sales, etc. *In charge of the project named "Shaoxing City Regional ECG Diagnosing Network". Leveraged company's resources and invited experts from Beijing, Dalian, Ningbo as well as Shaoxing government. Undertook the role of coordinator and event planner of the launch to communicate with C-Level people for their attendance and speech.*While in charge, the sales performance of Jiangsu province had raise over 60%, and the total volume of ECG devices in the region had raise over 20%.*In 2014, delivered the best sales both as the channel sales leader in Zhejiang, and the solution consultant in East China, won the ”Top Solution Sales” award in March 2015. *Constantly take a part in national marketing strategy decisions, like new product pricing, target market position, go-to-market strategy, promotion strategy, etc.

Responsible for GE ECG device sales in Zhejiang province, including local marketing strategy, key account management, event marketing, etc. *Firstly proposed and carried out “Total Solution Selling” as a new selling method, and closed two deals by the end of 2013. (the product had been sold for only 5 sets in the past 5years) *While in charge, the sales performance in Zhejiang province had raise over 60%.

Trade Show: Co-organized the GMC-Global-Tour-of-Expo 2010 and several other trade shows around the world Sales Strategy: Gathered information of market, designed sales methods and sales materials *In 2011, proposed and carried out ”iPad Sales Kits” project, Made all sales material into an App in iPad, so that it had been much easier and more efficiency for sales to carry and display them. Which won the “CEO Creative Award” at the end of 2011.Public-Praise Marketing: Using the resource of customers to develop company’s reputation*Proposed the idea of “Concept Marketing” and adjusted the strategy of “Public-Praise Marketing Program”, Originated and worked as the chief editor of .Conference Marketing: Director of Jack Welch’s China Tour and stage controller of Phillip Kotler’s China Tour ,etc.
