Responsibility：(1) Laptop business technology and management, including tech assessment of new laptop project, product specification identification, tech support during project promoting, tech assessment in external cooperation, solving design errors and providing after-sale solution, solving tech problems with related departments, such as marketing, production, after-sales, testing, procurement, etc. (2) Building a new R & D team, standardizing work process, leading and bringing up the new team.(3) Project manager of the first board-level R & D project X1, including obtaining various resource, such as Intel,Insyde, mold manufacturer, ID company, EC module, cooling module manufacturer, shaft manufacturer, PCB manufacturer. (4) Establishing the R & D lab.Achievement：(1) Completing 12 “ODM/OEM to Production” projects, maintaining some projects (refer to the appendix).(2) Building the new R & D team in 3 months while project development, including structure, circuit, software (BIOS and EC), EMC, cooling, layout, 22 people in all.(3) Accomplishing X1 DVT sample in August 2011, up to schedule.(4) X1 is a very competitive product. <1>Its “as thin as possible” design concept is close to UltraBook, but 2 years before UltraBook.<2>It uses CPU of conventional voltage version, conventional hard drive to cut cost, but the thickest point is only 25mm.<3>Better than UltraBook, it owns 4 USB,LAN port, CD-ROM.<4>Metal shell, and double battery 6 hour+ life assures its business positioning, but its price is at middle-level.(5) Accomplishing Domestic SW1600 Server project, which is of great difficulty and has gone on 1+year and changed 3 project managers.

Responsibility：(1) Being in charge of technology, quality assurance, after-sales, production in notebook business, which takes OEM strategy.(2) Making technology assessment on OEM or outsourcing design products. (3) Providing technical suggestions to Product Department and Sales Department.Achievement：(1) Building QC Department and Customer Service Center.(2) Setting production assembly rules, product inspection standards, and customer service regulations.

Responsibility：(1) Being in charge of all of the external projects, such as initial assessment, taking part in making company and product strategy, and reporting to Project Management Committee.(2) Assisting in setting and advancing CMMI3 management.Achievement：(1) uTCA project manager: completing importing Intel x86 architecture for Huawei Technologies, laying solid foundation for inter-firm cooperation.(2) Pre-Boot AD project manager：cooperating with Intel , responsible for technical assessment, commercialization assessment, business plan, work plan, and technical cooperation.

Responsibility：(1) Leading design department in Xiamen and software development department in both Shanghai and Xiamen.(2) Realizing product-marketing demand in technology, and researching new function ahead, according to industrial trend.(3) Analyzing and solving key technical issues, realizing and application new features, such as TPM(Type: Sinosun SSX35) porting, Finger Printer(Type : Upek TCD41 + TCS3B, TCD42 + TCS3C) porting, etc.(4) Directing and solving hardware and software problems in debugging phase.(5) Reviewing specifications of new products and approval of technology file of software design department. (6) Providing necessary technical support and cooperating with external partners.(7) Assuring and monitoring progress and quality of all of projects. Achievement：(1) Excellent department leadership, the highest proportion of A-Score subordinates in year-end appraisal of the whole Amoi.(2) Outstanding technical ability, and accomplishing R&D projects of great difficulties alone, such as Upek(TCD41 + TCS3B, TCD42 + TCS3C ) Finger Printer, BIOS modular development and application of Sinosun TPM Chip SSX35 in Amoi security laptop.(3) Coordinating BIOS, Driver / App, KBC / EC groups, and realizing functions independently, such as One-Key Recovery, hard disk drop protection , Intel OSD（On Screen Display），mute control, hotkey control，drive hardware automatically identification and installation. Responsibility：(1) Working on motherboard BIOS R&D, as backbone of tech team.(2) Proficient in various AWARD tool software and AWARD BIOS Source Code, AMI(Aptio and Core8)source code, debug, and development.Achievement：(1) Accomplishing more than 10 motherboard projects, including PC and IPC, (refer to appendix), most of which are the key projects of DTK, such as CFI-S96、PFM-V12、16RCPC MPII B, gaining rich benefit for the company.(2) Independently completing DDR memory compatibility and stability debugging, watch-dog hardware and software design.

Responsibility：(1) Software design of XT-2999 TV model (MCU: Mitsubishi M37225/M8 Decoder: Philips TDA8844).(2) Grasping microcontroller hardware and software application.Achievement：Realizing XT-2999 TV video decoding debugging and user interface function.
