Responsibility • Manage a team of 16 Oracle and SAP buyers which major in Sheet metal machining commodity, Contract Manufacturing and Plastic forming commodity in regard to OTD, PPV and E&Z performance to meet BU demand. • Managing of Excess and zero demand control for manufacturing. • Managing training focal for buyers in 2013 and 2014. Achievement• Achieve 10% above expect result for 2013 excess and zero demand control for the whole purchasing organization• Manage & lead team for OTD improvement project with major Plastic forming supplier in 2013 and achieve 40% improvement in that year. • Introduce, work and managed with PPV Team to produce PPV share point application in 2014 so to have more control in PPV. • Work and managed excess and zero control via share point application providing latest update on excess on hand information thus allowing faster information flow for cancellation, result in achieving 10% above expectation.• Manage training focal group to produce and update new on job training Guide for trainer, providing more systematic approach for the trainer and their buddy.• Commemorated by BU Material Director for good performance in Q1 2015 as CMP purchasing focal in SGP
