Taught students ages from 12 to 18 in class sizes from 2 to 30, whilst using imaginative approaches to make learning and grappling with difficult concepts to provide a fundamental for growth and learning. Additional ESOL Mastery and Expert levels classes were conducted, allowing extra knowledge to be absorbed. I was also monitoring and assessing students' learning progressions with the aim of excelling in their fluency.
