Moved into an Engagement Manager position within IBM's Analytics group. I drove revenue-recognition and forecasting across a portfolio of projects. Additionally, my role was to alleviate issues that Project Managers and Clients ran into, which might delay our delivery capabilities.

PSS anticipated the legal-holds and data-retention requirements of large-scale enterprises, and became an industry leader.My role was a combination of Solutions Consultant & Project Manager - requiring deep technical and functional knowledge of the products, as well as delivery expertise. Additionally, I assisted on pre-sales activities (demo's, responding to RFPs, drafting SOWs) as well as presented at industry events, and mentored new employees.PSS was acquired by IBM.
