Production & Planning management:- to create and oversee a production schedule to ensure that the factory can meet production targets and delivery deadlines. - Ensure products meet quality standards and deal with quality issues.- Continually review and optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. - Ensure all production equipment is functioning properly and arrange necessary maintenance and repairs.- Internal training, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and dealing with any human resources issues.- Manage the production budget, monitor production costs, and seek opportunities to reduce costs.- Work with suppliers to ensure timely supply of raw materials and improve overall turnover rate.Mergers and Acquisitions- (Integration Session, IT, Supply Chain): get involved in integration process during company’s merger and acquisition period, including integrating IT systems, consolidating supply chains, and organizing integration sessions to ensure a smooth transition. - Product Transfer , from A to B: to realize transferring a product production line from one country to another, addressing and solving issues of supply chains, logistics, production, quality and further R&D problems etc.. - In-sourcing (Ccomponents & branded products): to move the production or service of components and branded products from external suppliers to in-house to enhance control and efficiency.Greenhouse Sustainability: - As a sustainability champion represent as China division to implement sustainability measures, such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency, or implementing environmentally friendly production and operation strategies. Collecting & report Scope 1 , 2 & 3 actual results.

- To ensure the compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements during local operations.- To develop and execute service programs and products (such as extended warranties, spare parts, wear parts, etc.) to meet the demands of the growing service business.- To evaluate and monitor the safety stock level of spare parts on an annual basis. To forecast and manage spare part availability to ensure sufficient lifespan to sustain the installed base within the region.- To managing the service tickets platform and assign to each regional team members.- To provide second-tier technical support to enhance communication efficiency between customers and the development center.- To closely collaborate with the manufacturing and sales departments to guarantee that all financial and quality records are in line with company requirements.- To carry out the service plan by managing, training, and overseeing the local service team and administrative resources.

- In-depth participation throughout the project's whole life cycle. Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the product in conjunction with stakeholders and company resources to achieve business goals. Create comprehensive project planning and related communication materials. Handle the project's data and deliverables efficiently. - To use the right tools to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones in order to fulfil the OTD target. Determine and oversee the critical path and dependencies for the project. Keep track of project deliverables and milestones. Determine and settle disputes and problems involving corporate resources. Effectively oversee communication between the production unit in China and the development centre in Germany.- Supply chain management: work with domestic or international suppliers to provide raw materials of high quality, including high quality and effective delivery. In order to complete the project deadline, work with partners to find balanced solutions to important quality challenges. Make that the second sources programme is carried out in its entirety. - To calculate the project budget and the resources needed to meet the objectives. Create and submit budget suggestions, a report on the finance analysis, and, if required, recommendations for further budget adjustments. Ability to analyse the project's critical financial performance (CB2, CB3, COG, etc.)- Effectively oversee modifications to the project's scope, recognise possible hazards, and create backup plans. Throughout the project life cycle and the ECO (Engineering Change Order) phases, establish project success criteria and communicate them to all relevant parties.- Develop and deliver PTI/NPI progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise new internal and external resources, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their deliverables.

- Work with global SAP project team to roll-out and implementation in Schaffner world-wild (plant Switzerland/China/Thailand/Hungary), main function including scope evaluation, gap analysis (internal, external, and mixed) depending on user requirements.- Coordinate with group IT to test and verify new or upgraded function. - Support the implementation on some adds-on projects (e.g warehouse barcode project etc.) - Provide the 1st level SAP support and mainly focus on PP/WM/MM modules- Manager and review any related incidents and structural problems (IT Helpdesk Management)- Document standard procedure and provide training for end-user to understand the business applications. Especially for new member who join in Schaffner.

- Deeply work with other oversea production units to have well trained product and process knowhow to conduct knowledge transfer to internal parties, such as drawings , process , tools , equipment handling etc.- Support raw material localization process to provide technical support to sourcing and suppliers; also work with quality team to ensure components fulfill Schaffner quality level after localization. Evaluate the risk for key components which can be the bottle neck. This will be part of second source program.- Review and control engineer change order process to drive excellent implementation to internal changes management.- Lead sample or prototype building, process set up, technology transfer and equipment purchase etc. before change over to mass production phase. - Manager and review the line efficiency to fulfill the maximum output target, taken actions in case get bottle neck or lower output. - Design and build the lean cell based on lean methodology, through non-valued flow reduction or flow combination to simplify the process flow. With this significantly improvements the production output is increased. Headcount is reduced under a reasonable level.- Create and maintain all of production documents, including working instruction, work-flow chart, process sheets, control plan ect. - Manage OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) target to maximize equipment efficiency , as well to control the downtime by a well-managed maintenance schedule and spare parts stock.- Manage and train line leaders on revised process techniques and new manufacturing methods based on the correction action taken from customer complaints.- Complies with requirements of the environmental health and systems (ISO14000/OHSAS18000). To ensure the safety to meet regulation and production line is truly implement it.
