A student of the Screen-Printing world since 1994. With a decline in opportunities within the field in 2013, I took on a challenge with the largest on-line retailer as an Inventory Control Specialist which led to a Lead Training opportunity for the next 4 years. My success led me to yet another path with paid tuition via the Corporation in what seemed a "blink of the eye" I found myself with a License to work with one of the largest Mail Order Pharmacies in the nation. Starting out as an order processor I was selected to join the small but elite Quality Response Team within the Pharmacy. These experiences expanded different avenues in problem solving, training, employee development, inventory and quality control that I had established through my leadership opportunities not only in these fields but within the printing industry. My passion to not only achieve excellence but promote it feeds my desire to challenge myself as a student but as a teacher as well. From quoting to selling, inventory to training, 4 color process point of purchase displays to spot color signage , prescription order filling to quality assurance, It is the experiences that drives the passion from student to teacher.
