About Eric Lofton

My extensive career has been built on being a creative problem solver in the management and engineering of commercial building maintenance. Recently, I was also thrust into the on-call position of property manager for a block of 4 buildings including an 11-story multi-use high rise (containing residential and commercial tenants along with an underground governmental parking structure). My strengths lie in end-to-end project management oversight that promotes efficiency and fosters a collaborative environment in which things get done on time and under budget. I’ve managed and mitigated active shooter situations, gas leaks, and a plethora of events that involved making sure residents and tenants were safe. I’ve been involved in at least 2 newsworthy events resulting in the evacuation of everyone in the 11-story Collier’s International Building. As the single point of contact for fire, police, and utilities personnel, I oversaw the safe evacuation of tenants and addressed their questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Key Strengths Include:• ITAR Clearance• Full Cycle Facilities Maintenance• Property Management• Building Engineer• Extremely Tech Savvy with Broad Knowledge Base• Collaborative Leadership I welcome the opportunity to connect with you and look forward to a dialogue about how my career goals match your professional needs
